About this role
Main responsibilities will include (but not limited to): * Attend Board of Directors meetings and committee meetings * Effective corporate governance to ensure board acts in best interests of company and stakeholders * Advise Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in development of the organisation, including meeting future challenges and responsibilities * Awareness and understanding of financial information reported and management of material risks in the organisation We appreciate your interest and look forward to your application in this position.
