Senior Project Coordinator

About this role

Responsibilities: • To assist Senior Project Manager on project development planning, cost estimation, project scheduling and tracking the work progress for timely completion. • Preparation of fortnightly progress reports, variation orders and related documentations in a timely manner. • To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications and construction plans, procedures, work instructions, etc. • To coordinate and liaison with authorities, contractors and consultants. • To check, report and monitor any non-conformance of work progress, documentation and propose rectification works accordingly. • To report and conduct site coordination, site set-up and ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered to approved drawings/specifications and documentations. • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: • Candidates who have performed stages of property development continuously such as the pre-construction stage, the construction stage, and the post-construction stages will be an added advantage and candidate is required to state the name of such completed projects. • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. • Well verse in the Street, Drainage and Building Act (1974), by-laws and regulatory requirements. • Analytical and possessed strong knowledge in Technical / Building Infrastructure, implementation and product quality improvement trends. • At least 5 year(s) similar working experience in a property development industry, construction or consultancy. • Preferably with experience in mixed development. • High level of integrity, well organized and work with assertiveness. • Possess site coordination experience, problem solving skills, and ability to interpret drawings. • Ability to work independently and good communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office & ACAD software.
