About this role

Job Requirement * A recognised Degree in Quality related field/Civil Engineering/its equivalent. * Minimum 2 years related working experience in quality. * Self-motivated, initiative, independent with good interpersonal skills. * Preferably a trained internal auditor. Well-versed in ISO 9001 standard and experienced in Quality System Audit. Job Responsibilities * Report on performance of QESH Management System including QESH performance in the department to the Top Management. * Prepare, review, update and control distribution of Project Quality Plan for project site and as per client's requirements. * Brief and educate the project team and the subcontractors on the Project Quality Plan and other client's requirements which related to quality. * Verifying the implementation, effectiveness and continuous suitability of project procedures by monitoring, surveillance and auditing. * Review the method statement prepared by Project Department and subcontractors, material and sample submission, inspection and test plan for client's approval. * Assist Project Manager in monitoring all Non-Conformances Report (NCR) and ensure that they are closed out timely and effectively. * Coordinate with project team in order to ensure the workers and subcontractors adhere to quality standard as per company targets. * Perform internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC protocols and ISO standards. * Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
