About this role
Job Responsibilities : * Experience within construction housing * Supervise all site activities, monitor the work progress. * Discuss with sub-contractors on daily work schedule and resolve any outstanding matters that can cause delay. * Ensure work quality is achieved and safely regulations are complied. * Carry out necessary site inspections from time to time. * Liaise and coordinate with designers/contractors at site and submit written report accordingly. * Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior/management. Job Requirements : * Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. * Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers) * At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Must be able to read building plan and site drawing * Must posses own transport and willing to be based at assigned Project location in Meru, Klang.
