About this role
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. - Examine eye of customers of all ages in accordance with the guidelines laid out. - Offer advice about vision related matters and writing prescriptions and assist in choosing suitable eyewear. - Use professional knowledge and skills to assist sales team improving sales and to meet annual business targets. - Other duties which assigned by The Company. Requirements: - Completion of Optometry Study in Institution recognize by Majlis Optik Malaysia. - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. - No work experience required (Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply). - Fluent in English, Malay, and any additional language would be an added advantage.
