About this role
* Responsible for the workout of overall production planning schedule. * Responsible for the stock inventory management of raw materials, packing materials, semi-products and finished products in Production Line. * Responsible for the monitoring of availability of raw materials and packing materials at Store. * To provide a project timeline to Purchasing Department for the upcoming production plans in order to ensure sufficient availability of raw materials and packing materials for production. * To coordinate with Sales Department for overall production planning in order to meet the delivery / shipment date and other customer requirements (if any). * Responsible for daily outputs monitoring and to plan & coordinate the packing activities based on the data provided. * To monitor and ensure the process and product quality meets the customer requirements and in compliance with company policies and standard requirements. * Responsible for the monitoring of production capabilities and capacities. * Proven experience as a Production Planner or Material Planner in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the food manufacturing sector. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data and make data-driven decision. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a relevant field
