About this role
The FCC Compliance Project Officer / Manager is a permanent role and sits within the Financial Crimes Compliance team. **Responsibilities** Key Responsibility Areas: Specific FCC Projects covering systems and non-systems implementation and deployment. -Oversee and drive project plans and business analysis -Ensure project timelines are respected and ensure consistency with the overall program -Define program / project scope, objectives and governance in collaboration with manager and stakeholders -Track project progress and ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately -Engage project stakeholders proactively in regular progress updates, decisions and resolution of issues -Familiar with systems and User Acceptance Testing. -Ad-hoc tasks when required. **Requirements** -Degree holder with at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience -Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in compliance and project compliance roles -Prior UAT experience will help -Proficiency in Excel -Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills -Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn
