About this role

1. Translate the strategic marketing plan into actionable campaign rollouts across multiple malls. 2. Manage the promotions calendar, ensuring all campaigns are relevant to the target audience and aligned with the overall marketing strategy. 3. Collaborate with tenants and business partners to develop promotional activities that drive foot traffic and sales. 4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results. 5. Prepare reports on campaign performance and present findings to management. 6. Ensure compliance with all advertising regulations and company policies. 7. Manage the advertising budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. 8. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and external partners to foster collaboration and support. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for promotions. **Qualifications & Experience** 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising and promotions, preferably in a shopping mall or retail environment. 3. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
