About this role
Are you someone who thrives on taking action and solving problems to enhance the living experience for communities? If so, we’re looking for a proactive Property Executive to join our team. As a Property Executive, your focus will be on assisting the Property Manager in overall building facilities and properties management functions. You’ll play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all in-house and outsourced facilities services, ensuring a seamless operation of various services essential for an excellent living experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing legacy matters of existing and new projects. Coordinate with Project Teams to manage legacy matters, including statutory approvals and documentation. Oversee and manage all in-house and outsourced facility services, including but not limited to security, carpark, cleaning, landscaping, hygiene services, rubbish collection, garbage disposal, sewerage maintenance, M&E services, and elevators, to ensure top-notch service delivery. Liaise with the M&E maintenance team to maintain optimal functionality of building systems. Manage repair, renovation, and maintenance projects by liaising with contractors. Conduct inspections of vacant units, addressing defects and maintaining high standards. Handle emergency situations and tenant/owner complaints tactfully and efficiently, implementing necessary rectification actions. Apply relevant Acts and regulations proficiently to address complaints and issues related to Strata Management. Foster strong relationships with tenants, prioritizing their satisfaction and well-being. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in property management, with a specific focus on overseeing and managing facilities services for buildings. Excellent collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy. Familiarity with relevant Acts such as SMA 2013, SMRs 2015, etc. will be advantageous.
