Software Architect

Are you an architect? You know software architectures, design patterns, and software life cycle methodologies like the back of your hand. Then you might be the person we are looking for to design, develop, test, deploy, and document user-centric software for semiconductor testers and manufacturing systems. We are a close-knit team, and we are looking for collaborative people who are a student at heart and a teacher in a team. ###### Responsibilities: • Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements. • Creating high-level product specifications and design documents. • Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow. • Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design. • Ensuring that you and the team adhere to development schedules and deadlines. • Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals. • Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements. • Updating software solutions as required. ###### Requirements: • At least 7 years of experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, C++, etc.) • Proven experience as software architect or similar role • Experience working on large-scale software projects • Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture • Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods • Familiarity with design patterns and UI/UX design • Understanding of software quality assurance principles • A technical mindset with great attention to detail • High quality organizational and leadership skills • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities • MSc/MA in computer science, engineering or relevant field • Experience in semiconductor ATE software a definite plus
