About this role
Our Site Supervisors provide support to Site Managers by executing and coordinating day-to-day site work. **Key Responsibilities:** * Leading a team of skilled and semi-skilled workers to perform daily operations * Ensuring that site work is carried out in an efficient and timely manner * Receiving and verifying materials and tools delivered by the suppliers and HQ **Requirements:** * Minimum SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering * Minimum 3 years experience on site, or 6 years experience for those without academic qualifications * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and long hours * Computer literacy would be an added advantage
