About this role
**Responsibilities:-** **Pre-Contract Stage:** + Assist in requesting and updating tenderers' company details and information, preparing summary for the pre-qualification exercise. + Assist in preparing tender documents including measurements of quantities. + During tender stage, assist in preparing tender report and arranging for tender interview. + Assisting in preparing Letter of Award. + Assist in preparing Contract Document. **Post-Contract Stage:** + Attend site evaluation, prepare progress claims and update progress payment history. + Assist in verifying consultant's recommendation for progress claims and variation orders. + Assist in preparing variation order if any. + Assist in preparing final account. + Any other duty as directed by the superior from time to time. **Requirements:-** * Candidate must current pursuing Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying. * Duration of minimum 3 month(s) or more. * Able to work collaboratively with others.
