About this role
Responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations and documentation, including delivery coordinating shipment, overseeing stock movement and reconciliation, ensuring timely cargo and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure raw materials receiving and product dispatch activities are in order. * Coordinate with shipping agent and surveyors, and other departments to ensure smooth shipment processes. * Ensure daily logistics comply with supply chain & safety requirement. * Conduct periodic stock takes / reconciliations of inventory movements and balance. * Assist with inbound (receiving & storage) and outbound (distribution, export, local sales) operations. * Ensure logistics operations meet safety, quality, and certification standards (HACCP, GMP, Halal, RSPO, MSPO, ISCC, etc.)
