About this role
**Job Responsibilities** * Execution of OSH, Environmental & Sustainability (OSHES) Compliance Plan and Monitoring the implemented as per plan and requirements respectively with advice from Safety Supervisor & Mill Manager. * Coordinate the identification of environmental aspects and impacts/HIRARC and determination of controls. * Implement recommendations from the Management Review and Internal & External OSHES Management Systems Audits with consultation from Mill Manager / Safety Supervisor. * Attend and involve in statutory inspections and internal / external audit site verification, OSHES Meeting, accident investigation and conduct workplace inspection and OSHES self-check to identify any issues related to OSHES. * Assist in communicating the OSHES policies, aspects and impacts and all other relevant environmental, safety & health and sustainability issues to employees. * Assist in identification of training needs and conduct internal training with advice from Safety Supervisor & Mill Manager. * Report the self-check/inspection finding and any unusual situations/problems to superiors.
