About this role
To supervise daily estate operation activities such as harvesting, manuring, field upkeep, and nursery. To manage store (fertilizer, chemicals, etc) and other tools. Cultivating in oil palm plantations with knowledge in fertilizer and chemical application. Check the discipline quality and standard of work assigned to the field workers. Monitoring monthly fieldwork program. Supervise estates administration works by reporting to Assistant Manager based on deadlines.
