About this role
Responsibilities:- * To source for new land and business venture. * To study and analyse project development proposal and make recommendations. * To develop the conceptual / product / target market / market research. * To source for investors / en-bloc sale / anchor tenants / tenants mix. * To prepare feasibility study, market research, business proposal and joint venture terms. Requirements: * Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management / Property / Valuation. * At least 8 years of relevant working experience in property development company, valuation or property consultancy firm. * Strong negotiation and writing skills. * Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making. * Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth. * Well versed in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
