A platform to provide for the young graduates to : * Gain workplace experience through Learning, Excel, Achieve and continue to Develop their skills sets * Fast tracked experience of all operating business units to acquire related knowledge and understanding of the nature of Apex’s business * Express route to fill the successor in planning role for all leaders Roles Rotation * Group Shared Services (Duration : 9 months) * Operations (Duration : 15 months) Continual Learning * Induction * On The Job Experience * Soft skills training * System & Technical Skills Coaching & Mentoring * Bi-Weekly Updates * Periodic job rotation – coaching by departmental lead * Tea talk with HR Assessment * Monthly review / assessment with immediate supervisor * Graduation presentation to the Senior Management Team HOW to be in LEAD? * Bachelor degree in any discipline of study * CGPA 3.5 or above * Good command of languages * Good exposure in extra co-curricular activities * Held leadership positions in universities / school’s clubs and societies * Good inter-personal skills * For non-fresh graduate, working experience less than two (2) years
