About this role
Responsibilities : * Manage all social media channels & campaign, and create content for scheduling social media posts. * Report directly to the Marketing Manager & coordinate with sales team, graphic designers to increase brand awareness. * Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ads and web visitor data in order to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. * Manage account and prepare budgets for proposed communication plans. * To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing campaigns. * Prepare regular analysis of website/social media traffic data. * Assist in replying enquiries from all online channels, update all information regularly. Requirements : * Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising/Media or equivalent. * Required languages): English, Mandarin, Malay. * Preferably 2 – 3 years of working experience in social media, digital marketing Knowledge on FB Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Google Analytics, Tik Tok, WeChat Marketing, XHS etc. * Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. * Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously. * Experience in online marketing program development is an added advantage.
