About this role

Requirements: * Relevant qualification in sales & marketing, business studies or any related discipline. * Preferably with relevant working experience in property sales and marketing industry. * Highly motivated, initiative, strong presentation and able to work under pressure. * Good interpersonal skills, innovative, creative and results oriented. * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. * Willing to work during weekends and public holidays. * Good communication skills & proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to converse in other languages is an added advantage. Responsibilities: * Primary focus is geared towards attending to prospects for ongoing and new projects. * Reports to Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations and prepare daily sales report. * Cold calling to registrants and to conduct market research. * To meet sales target set by the company. * Involve in planning, developing and implementing sales strategies and sales activities. * To assist in marketing activities and to perform related work as assigned by superior. * To participate for new product launching, exhibitions and major events.
