About this role
Responsibilities * Supervise daily HDD operations including pilot drilling, reaming, and pipe pulling. * Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure productivity and quality. * Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and specifications Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials. Report any delays, risks, or technical problems to the project team. * Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and clients for site activities. * Identify and resolve site issues such as utility clashes or bore obstruction. Requirements * Diploma or Certificate in Telecommunication or related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of site supervision experience in HDD work. * Experience in telecom or infrastructure projects is preferred. * Good understanding of HDD process (pilot bore, reaming, pullback). * Ability to read and interpret Construction drawings and route plans and as-built drawings.
