About this role
Jobscope: . Assisting in developing and implementing sale plans. . Providing training and presentation to our customers via virtual meeting and WhatsApp. . Providing timely and accurate replies to customers’ enquiries. . Consistently providing excellent customer service to further strengthen the customer relationship and giving market feedback to the management. . Assisting in achieving sale objectives. . Other duties as assigned. Requirements: . Experience in sale will be additional advantages, but a good attitude coupled with the willingness to learn and adapt is more important. . Respect for people and ideas. . Ability to communicate in fluent English and Bahasa Melayu. An ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus-point. . Organized and have good attention to detail. . Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Nutrition. Additional: . Passionate about improving health by providing guidance on good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. . Enthusiastic, persistent and able to work under stress. . Able to negotiate deals and handle objections patiently. . Able to assess problems critically and provide effective solutions. .
