About this role

We are seeking a passionate Golf Club Fitting Specialist to provide expert custom fittings, guiding customers in club selection and using advanced equipment to improve performance. The role also supports sales, marketing initiatives, equipment maintenance, and team knowledge sharing, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Strong golf knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to exceptional service are essential. ### Responsibilities 1. **Club Fitting Service Excellence** Provide personalised one-on-one club fittings by analysing swing mechanics and recommending optimal equipment. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert guidance and education, while ensuring all fitting equipment is properly maintained and used according to company standards. Coordinate with HQ as needed for tools, systems, and support. 2. **Fitting Facilities & Equipment Management** Ensure all fitting equipment and software are used exclusively by qualified personnel, properly maintained, and handled according to company standards. Collaborate with HQ to secure tools, systems, and support, implementing the latest technologies and fitting methodologies effectively. 3. **Sales & Marketing Support** Promote and drive sales of custom club fittings while supporting marketing initiatives, including demonstrations, tours, golf academies, and corporate programs. Assist in organising and executing brand events to deliver high-quality, customer-focused fitting experiences. 4. **Sales Commitment** Achieve or exceed sales targets by proactively promoting products, cross-selling complementary items, and supporting in-store marketing and local golf events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of golf products, trends, and promotions to provide expert guidance and excellent customer service. 5. **Inventory Management** Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organised. Conduct regular inventory checks, support cycle counts and annual stock takes, and coordinate with merchandisers to manage low-stock or overstock situations. 6. **Store Operation & Safety** Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing, following company merchandising guidelines. Support daily operational tasks, including stock maintenance, product transfers, and assisting with opening and closing duties to maintain efficiency and secure the premises. 7. **MST Golf Membership** Promote MST Golf membership by guiding customers through registration, highlighting benefits such as exclusive discounts and events, and building long-term customer loyalty through personalized service and follow-ups. ### Qualifications / Skills Needed * 1–2 years of experience in golf club fitting, repair, or a similar technical role. * Strong technical knowledge of golf clubs and components, with hands-on experience using fitting and repair tools. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. * Client-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships. * Excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills. * Positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented team player. * Professional and friendly demeanor, adaptable to a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrates punctuality, honesty, discipline, and self-motivation. * Open to feedback and continuous learning. * Able to work rotating shifts, including opening and closing hours.
