About this role
* Troubleshooting errors, manage servers, managing, storing and build databases, and purchase equipment. * Carry out daily operational tasks, user administration, housekeeping tasks and system monitoring to ensure the effective operation of IT systems and facilities. * Carry out IT installations, implementations, configuration & roll outs & other technical duties as required. * Produce and maintain technical and procedural documentation as required. * Running regular checks on network and data security. * Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation * Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages * Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media and launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness. * Monitoring & updating the company web page, upload the progress of projects development.
