Key Responsibilities Technical Lead * > Research, plan, and design AI/ML algorithms and system architectures > Select suitable frameworks and ensure accuracy, robustness, and efficiency Data & Testing Development & Project Leadership Integration Oversight Documentation & Compliance Stakeholder Communication Innovation & IP Development Research & Publication Qualifications & Requirements Education * > Ph.D. OR M.S. with 3+ years of relevant experience in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electronics & Systems Engineering/AI, Data Science Or related fields Experience * > Experience designing computer vision, deep learning, or biomedical imaging models * > Strong algorithm design and problem‑solving abilities * > Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross‑team collaboration skills * > Proficient programming skills: Python, Java, or similar * > Familiarity with AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud systems (preferred) * > Excellent communication skills in English * > Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
