About this role
* Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements * Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis * Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations * Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during audit season * Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements ## Requirements * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA/CIMA) * Minimum 2 years experience in finance or accounting * Experience in property development is an advantage * Proficient in SQL Accounting or similar ERP systems * Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills * Apply by 31 May 2025
