About this role

Job Responsibilities: * To take part in planning and monitoring of all projects under the directive of Project Director to ensure smooth implementation of projects and handling over the projects according to company policies and procedures, so that quality and timely completion of the projects can be achieved. * Creating, updating and reviewing a programme of work. * Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. * Liaising with surveyors, engineers and architects. * Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and stakeholders. * Breaking large jobs down into phases of development. * Using project management tools to plan timeframes. * Plan the resources needed for a project. * Planning contingency programmes in case timeframes change. * Meeting with client, contractors and suppliers. * Assisting the project manager to improve performance and efficiency. * Documenting and maintaining records on project scheduling process. * To prepare all necessary reports as required. * Any other duties that may be assigned by your immediate superior / management from time to time. Desired Qualifications: * Possess Bachelor's Degree in Project Management / Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of working experience in project planning, coordination or related field. * Proficient in project management software, Microsoft office and other related system. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain a high level of details and manage project timeline. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
