About this role
You like the idea of business trips and cabin-size luggage is all you need whenever you hop out of the country. The main responsibility of this role is to provide pre-sales, post-sales, and on-site technical support for Aemulus test systems. In fact, happy customers from South Korea, China, Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, and the U.S. would be your best KPIs’ contributor. You are to collaborate with the R&D team to support new product rollout plans and provide input for future products roadmap. You will be involved in hardware and software development — device under test (DUT) board/test interface circuit design as well as core applications software tools. Besides that, you are to develop and maintain technical collaterals: datasheets, application notes, user manuals, training manuals, and demonstration kits. ###### Here’s where you come in: * Perform market researches to understand market requirements and initiate innovative product development. This includes performing competitive product and roadmap analysis by researching industry best practices, customer needs, and competitor capabilities. * Design new concepts for development of new products and maintain technical compatibility to develop concepts into real products. This includes authoring paper studies to inform feature definition and drive project decisions. * Provide clarity on application system requirements for project feature definition, as well as understanding internal IP/solutions and determining how to incorporate them into the product. * Develop new technology and devices to test functionality of new products. • Validate product implementation fit/completeness/readiness for systems use and provide feedback for product improvements. * Provide input and guidance to solution architecture and implementation. * Provide subject matter expertise for training material and application notes development. * Expedite resolution of development issues to enable on-time delivery. ###### Requirements: * Tertiary education in Engineering or Science, majoring in Electronics, Communications or related disciplines. * Sound test programming skills and experience programming in C, C , C# or Matlab is required. * Good debugging skills as well as the ability to drive issues to closure are essentials. * Knowledge of ATE, system architecture, resources and software are an advantage. * RF IC testing experience is desired. Example of RF ICs are power amplifiers (PA), frontendmodules (FEM), low noise amplifier (LNA), switches, filters, etc., which are typically used in various cellular (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) and connectivity (WLAN, BLE) markets. * Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment. * Candidates should be Malaysian Citizens. * Traveling is required
