About this role
Perform electrical failure analysis for Manufacturing, Quality & customer failure units. Summarize report source of failure, either HW,SW, assembly process, handling, test setup etc.. Perform simulation and evaluation, duplicate failures detected in the field and provide Root Cause Analysis report. Responsible for repair and deliver daily Failure Analysis WIP turns around for daily Production fulfillment inclusive of Inhouse Assembly and Outsource Sub Assembly. Communication with Product Development, Engineering team for any unknown, Hardcore failure for resolution within the shortest time. Responsible to update and maintain the Cookbook for Debug, manufacturing, quality failures including verification status of Customer RMA data base system. Maintain Failure Analysis Data pool, generate/enhance Failure Analysis Guideline to improve productivity and accuracy. Drive for yield improvement with various departments such as Production, Test/Process, Quality improvement for workmanship, test coverage enhancement, test accuracy, Supplier Quality Improvement. Understanding and analyze electronic circuit diagram. Basic statistic analysis. Soldering skill.
