About this role
**Responsibilities** • Assist in the creation and adaptation of artwork for marketing materials, with guidance from the team. • Show a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in design tools and multimedia software. • Support event documentation by learning and enhancing photography skills, including capturing photos during the bank's events. • Help manage and update the digital marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are executed on time. • Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns on Facebook Ad Manager to achieve optimal results. • Coordinate with suppliers and agencies under the supervision of senior team members to facilitate smooth execution of marketing activities. • Learn to develop engaging multimedia content for social media platforms, with a focus on banking-related themes. • Contribute to crafting accurate and persuasive copy for marketing initiatives, aligned with the bank's branding guidelines. • Demonstrate a strong foundation in both English and Khmer for effective written and verbal communication. • Exhibit strong command of both English and Khmer in written and verbal communication. **Requirements** • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
