About this role
To carry out daily maintenance, troubleshooting, operation, repairs and maintenance tasks for building and facilities. To ensure all maintenance schedule are carried out accordingly to standard working procedures. To be accountable to respond for breakdown and emergency maintenance tasks some of which may require action outside normal working hours. To be responsible to attend any complaints from property occupiers and provide solutions to resolve the issue. To be in charge in ensuring the 3rd party service providers carry out their duties dutifully. To be responsible to attend to any emergencies at any time including after operation hours. To carry out daily checklist on facilities within the property to ensure better lifespan of the equipment and minimize breakdowns. To perform shift duties as instructed by superior. To support in ad hoc duties as required to assist the team.
