About this role
Responsibilities : 1. Overall responsible for slitter process. 2. To check the daily output of finish goods produce from machine is tally between physical and report and stock into oracle stock system before 10.00am daily. 3. To update the production output report before 12.00 noon daily. 4. To check the daily slitter output (WIP coil) and stock into oracle system. 5. Daily update overtime report. 6. To prepare the monthly production output report and machine downtime report by analyzing the data stated in daily output report before 8th of every month. 7. General documentation and filing. 8. To assist in key-in of worker’s work code weekly. 9. To overall in charge in the office safety kaizen. 10. To ensure cleanliness and housekeeping in working area by having “Gotong Royong” for 15 minutes on daily basis. 11. To highlight any irregularities, problems, weaknesses and recommendations for improvements and other related issues. 12. Any other duties from any departments and/or subsidiaries of Prestar Group that may be assigned to you from time to time. 13. To comply with all safety instructions, rules & procedures or measures on Occupational Safety and Health instituted by Company. 14. To Whatsapp picture before & after of the unsafe act, unsafe action & good practice in the whatsapp group at least one picture in a week through the company’s whatsapp group. Benefits : 1.
