About this role
The prospective incumbent is responsible for marketing and processing auto & housing loan and assisting internal controls. **Responsibilities** • Market and process auto & housing loan in achieving the financial targets in loans and advances and assist in internal controls in credit are adequate and in compliance to the Bank's policies to ensure smooth work flow. • Ensure prompt loan repayment and interest servicing. • Timely issue Letter of Offer and acceptance by customers. • Ensure loan applications are processed within the Bank’s guidelines. • Monitor utilization of credit facilities within sanctioned limits and in compliance with conditions f approval imposed. • Renew the application for Accommodation (AAs) in timely manner. **Requirements** • At least Bachelor’s degree/ Professional Qualification in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent. • Good command of written and spoken of English language. • Proficiency in other languages like Mandarin will be an added advantage. • Good communications and interpersonal skills. • High commitment. • Have experience in credit processing. • At least 3-year experience.
