About this role

* Responsible to develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. * To conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. * Organize safety training and briefing for employees to promote a culture of safety. * Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and implementing measures to prevent recurrence. * Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and standards. * Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory agencies. * Develop and implement environmental management programs to minimize waste and promote sustainability. * Conduct environmental impact assessments for new projects or changes in operations. * Oversee the operation and maintenance of sewage treatment systems to ensure compliance with health and environmental standards. * Conduct regular inspections of sewage facilities to ensure proper functioning and compliance. * Collaborate with local authorities and environmental agencies regarding sewage management and compliance issues. * Develop and implement sewage management plans and emergency response procedures. * Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to safety, health, and environmental management. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and environmental performance. * Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or equivalent. * Candidate must possess a CePIETSO-BP, CePIETSO-PCP and CePSTPO issued by EiMAS. * Holding green book and registered with DOSH. * At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. * Up to date on latest local and state regulation and guideline changes
