About this role

Responsible to check and verify company’s lorry driver and transporter claim. Resolved short supply, damaged and lost items. Liaison with transporter to negotiate transporter fee. Responsible to manage, compile and check delivery order documents monthly. Responsible to check promoter claim. To support the department with other administrative tasks (e.g key in order in M3 system) when necessary. To perform any tasks as assigned by Superior. SPM with few years experiences in FMCG industries or Fresh graduate with Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration. Good communication and interpersonal skills. PC literate, good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (added advantage).
