About this role

As the Marketing Director, you will play a key role on the executive team and lead the company's business development, marketing, and strategic partnership functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments and can drive long‑term company strategy while delivering short‑term wins. You'll oversee business development, marketing, revenue initiatives, partnership development, and support product lines that span ASIC design services, IoT, and AI chips. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Direction * > Serve as a key member of the executive team setting the company’s strategic roadmap * > Drive business development and marketing initiatives aligned with corporate goals * > Shape the work ethic, culture, and values of the BD and sales organization Business Development & Revenue Growth * > Lead revenue‑generating initiatives and manage strategic partnerships * > Identify, qualify, and negotiate deals; work with legal teams on contract matters * > Close early customers in collaboration with the Sales team, even with limited resources Product Line & Technology Collaboration * > Manage ASIC design services, IP development, and next‑generation IoT and AI chip product lines * > Build and maintain partnerships with foundries and IP vendors * > Work closely with the Engineering team to support technical and product roadmaps Market & Partnership Strategy * > Identify and qualify foundries for long‑term alliances * > Understand market trends, key players, and technological developments * > Bring potential deals from concept to execution with strong cross‑functional leadership Qualifications & Requirements Education * > BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required > MBA preferred Experience * > Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, and/or sales * > Proven experience in start‑ups or fast‑growing environments * > Strong understanding of the company’s markets: products, technologies, competitors, and ecosystem * > Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategy execution skills * > Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
