About this role
Key Responsibilities: * Pick and pack items for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online orders. * Ensure the correct items, quantity, and packaging are used for each order. * Print and attach shipping labels and invoices. * Inspect items for damage before packing. * Assist in stock counting, restocking, and inventory updates. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area. * Coordinate with courier services for parcel pick-up. * Follow packing and safety guidelines to prevent errors and damage. * Others task assigned by supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum SPM or equivalent. * 1 year of packing or warehouse experience is an advantage (fresh graduates also welcome). * Able to handle repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic reading and understanding of product labels and order forms. * Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Willing to work overtime or weekends during peak sales periods.
