About this role
Job Responsibilities: * To monitor and supervise QA/QC on all M&E site activities. * To assist superior for any tasks that are being assigned. * To plan, execute and delivery the job tasks being assigned. * To ensure coordination of mechanical and electrical works with C&S, architectural and landscape works during construction stage. * Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors on the progress of work. * Monitor and supervise contractors and sub-contractors’ work progress according to specifications and safety regulations. * Supervise trouble shooting, testing and commissioning and repair works. * Conduct regular site meeting on M&E matters. Desired Qualifications: * Possess at least a Degree in M&E engineering or equivalent. * At least five (5) years relevant working experience, especially in infrastructure or road works. * Able to read construction drawings and specifications. * Good understanding of construction work activities and sequence of work. * Good communication and analytical skills, positive working attitude, self-starter and able to work independently. * Good technical knowledge, report preparation, project management and negotiation skills.
