About this role
Job Description * Installation, Service and Repairing / Preventive Maintenance of self-services machines, ESM / CRM (Cash Recycle Machines) * Diagnose hardware problems and troubleshoot * Perform minor troubleshooting on software-related issues * Operate test equipment and prepare reports * Repair hardware and replace faulty units * Update and improve existing hardware * Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards Requirements * Possess a certificate / diploma in any technical-related discipline (Engineering / Electrical / Electronic) * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply * Knowledge in PC & Networking-related hardware * Self-initiative with minimum supervision * Team player with good interpersonal skills * Must possess own transport (Car) * Able to travel within Malaysia when required
