About this role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive with strong technical and market insight in chips, ASIC design services, AI solutions, and medical AI products. You will play a key role in driving revenue, managing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies across multiple product lines. This position involves regular customer engagement and occasional business travel. Key Responsibilities Sales Ownership & Revenue Growth * > Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets * > Manage, maintain, and expand customer accounts through professional engagement and strategic planning System Solution & Chip Product Sales > Drive sales for: * > Chip products * > Mcard & Mdrive solutions * > AI chips * > Medical AI products ASIC Design Service Sales * > Identify, pitch, and close business opportunities in ASIC design services * > Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements align with technical capabilities Customer Engagement * > Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and product discussions * > Travel as needed to support customer activities and business development opportunities Qualifications & Requirements Education * > Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related engineering fields Experience * > Minimum 5 years of experience in ASIC sales or chip-related sales * > Proven track record of successful sales performance Skills & Attributes * > Strong English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) * > Aggressive, energetic, and highly goal‑oriented * > Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills * > Ability to work independently and manage customers effectively
