About this role
Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily outlet operations and administration and ensure the implementation adhere to Company’s policies. - Work closely with respective division for achieving sales target and outlet profitability. - Ensure the outlet consistently deliver the highest level of customer service & brand experience to all walk-in clients. - Partner with Human Resources Department to ensure that the staff are committed to the handbook guidelines. - To manage payroll preparation of the outlet. - Other duties which assigned by The Company.
