About this role

* Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. * Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. * Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities * Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. * Create a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy. * Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. * Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. * Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues. * Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. * Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related field. * Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
