About this role

Serves customers by identifying their needs. Develop and maintain strong business relationship with new and existing customers. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * To achieve monthly or annual sales target * Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. * Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. * Develop long-term relationship with current and future customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements. * Prepare technical advice, proposal, calculation and cost estimation by studying building plans and related customer documents; consulting with engineers and other professional and technical personnel. * Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. **Skills Required:** * Solid technical background and selling skills * Good communication skills * Sound judgement and good business sense * Strong organisational and analytical skills * Teamworking capability * Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Able to work independently **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related discipline * Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant field
