About this role
Job Responsibilities * Assist Head of Department in preparation of project submission drawings, tender drawings, tender documents. * Manages the tendering process. * Manages contract administration including verifying work done, contract claims and payments, variation orders and etc. * Filing of all project documentation. * Other roles as requested by Project Department. Job Requirements * Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying and equivalent from recognize higher learning institution * At least 3 years experience in Quantity Surveyor (QS) and contract administration in property industry. * Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia Communication in Mandarin is an added advantage * Willing to work in Phileo Damansara, 1 Petaling Jaya.
