About this role
Responsibilities: * Perform in-house developed application testing * Conduct specifications study on customer’s requirements * Documentation of application software for training purpose * Perform investigation on software issues reported * Provide on-site and phone/email support to customers * Attend meetings with customers Requirements: * Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field * Possess initiative with good interpersonal skill * Fast learner and able to work independently * No software programming experience needed * Knowledge in Non-Life/General Insurance business process or Credit Recovery Workflow for banks/legal firms is an added advantage * Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
