About this role
We are an established distributor of timepieces, consumer electronic products and electronic musical instrument (piano & keyboard). We are looking for a dedicated admin assistant to join our Service & Repair Center team. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure company’s turnaround time for service is met. * Ensure all repaired or service items received are keyed in to the system on timely manner and ordering of spare parts from principal are in order. * To ensure customers’ orders, complaints and collection are promptly attended to and resolved timely. * To prepare the repaired/serviced items for courier pick up. * Provide customer with product and service information. * To ensure that inquiries and complaints are monitored, dispatched and resolved within timeline. **Requirements:** * Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in Service Center or administration environment. * Strong in administration skills * Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office application. * Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be an added advantage. * Confident in handling customer inquiries.
