About this role
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and push for conversions. 2. Align marketing strategies with the business ultimate goals. 3. Analyses data, insights, consumer trends and market analysis associated with best practices in the industry to identify potential business opportunities, both within the domestic market and abroad. 4. Managing the process of preparing tender and proposal documents for overseas business opportunities. 5. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing. 6. Represent organization at exhibitions and discussions, both domestically and internationally. 7. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product, and leadership, to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. **Job Requirement:** 1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. 2. Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience. 3. Proven experience in marketing, including campaign management, content development, and brand management. 4. Proven experience in business development and expansion. 5. Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to analyze data and insights to evaluate industry trends or issues and identify appropriate solution. 6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 7. Sound business knowledge on how marketing and digital drives business in a B2B/B2C context, best practices, and emerging trends. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. 9. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 10. Able to start immediately
