About this role
Mainly manage digital platforms, i.e. e-commerce, website, CRM, social media. Manage brand and campaigns from executing advertising, PR & promotional plan to reviewing brand and sales performance. Manage relationships with joint-promotion business partners. Manage internal communications channels including training & enquiries support. Managing customer inquiries & feedback. Conduct market research & analysis and monitoring competitors’ activities. Monitoring expenses and managing budget.
