About this role
Our sales admin works closely with our Kuala Lumpur sales office, providing support in customers inquiries, clerical duties, data entries, filling of all correspondence paper work and reporting of deadline. Working as a key support to outstation sales team, our admins have strong responsibilities in communicating with our head office in Kedah to ensure high level of efficiency is achieved. Requirements * Preferable junior executive specialised in sales administration or clerical/administrative support or equivalent * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent * Good time management and able to organise daily task effectively * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications * Creditable interpersonal and communication skill * Proficient in written English * Proficient in speaking English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin or Cantonese speaker will be a plus point. * Candidates must possess own transport and be willing to travel * Malaysian female candidates are encouraged to apply.
