About this role
**Responsibilities:** * To assist the IT Head in day-to-day IT infrastructure support. * Provide support by identifying, resolving, and liaise with vendor and ensure the service commitment is met. * Support and troubleshoot Company’s ERP and POS systems, office applications, networking, computer hardware and report generations. * Track and log reported issues, analyze the problems and further improve support processes and procedures. * Maintain and update IT hardware and software inventory for Head Office and outlets. * Perform outlet visit for POS hardware maintenance. * Assist in the development and documentation of standard IT operation policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or relevant qualification. * Possess strong analytical & problem solving skill. * At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position. * Must possess own transport & willing to work and travel outstation, if needed. * Able to work in team and independently. * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. * Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor and Nilai 3, Arab-Malaysian Industrial Park, Negeri Sembilan * 1 Full-Time position is available.
