About this role
*Key Responsibilities* * Evaluate the feasibility of various projects and assess their impact on the Group across multiple financial scenarios. * Conduct in-depth financial analyses, encompassing variance analysis, trend analysis, forecasts, and financial modeling, to facilitate well-informed decision-making. * Collaborate with the Head of Strategy & Investment to oversee the allocation of capital resources, including investments, debt, and equity, to maximize returns while minimizing risks. * Participate in corporate exercises undertaken by the Group, including the preparation of pertinent information, evaluations, due diligence, assessments, and other requirements stipulated by regulators, legal entities, and stakeholders. * Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. *Qualifications & requirements* * Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or a relevant field. * Minimum 4 years professional experience within an investment bank, accountancy firm (corporate finance teams), management consultancy, venture capital, growth or private equity firm. * Experience with project appraisals and corporate exercises. * Very strong financial modelling and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Experience preparing compelling presentations and materials that effectively communicate business strategy, financial performance, and growth potential.
